Studio studies are conceptual demonstrations unless a live client is named. Metrics on studies are modelled. You may not copy the particle engine, motion system, or written journal as your own product.
Project work is governed by the proposal: scope, rounds, timeline, 50% deposit, 50% on launch, ownership after final payment. Hosting third parties have their own terms.
